Demonstration caveat: This is a personal demonstration site using synthetic data. It is not an official Dorset HealthCare report and does not contain confidential or patient-identifiable information. All figures are fabricated aggregates.

About these reports

Each report is rendered from CSV files in data/ by R/02_render_reports.R. They illustrate the kind of operational pack a Business & Performance Business Partner would use — not final Board papers. Agentic AI could help draft and QA these outputs; accountable humans remain responsible for definitions, interpretation and sign-off.

To regenerate: run Rscript site/R/01_generate_synthetic_data.R then Rscript site/R/02_render_reports.R.

CYP Waiting List Overview

Shows waiting list size, long waits over 18 weeks, median wait, referrals, appointments and discharges using synthetic monthly data.

Operational use: Supports weekly huddles on long waits, referral vs discharge balance, and escalation where access standards are at risk.

Tracks referrals, caseload, contacts, median wait, DNA rate and a capacity pressure index across 12 synthetic months.
